Truecleen did a great job on my carpets! Eddy was easy to work with from the start and made the process really easy. He arrived on time and was very respectful of my home, which I always appreciate. The carpets came out great and he explained the process and what to expect (like dry time) clearly. I saved their number in my phone so I don't have to search the internet next time I need my carpets cleaned, I'll be using them for sure.

Eddy was so great and easy to work with! We had our tile floors cleaned and also our concrete stairs in our restaurant. He made sure he went back over difficult areas and checked in several times to make sure we were satisfied. Everything looks great and we are so pleased with how it all came out. We have already planned and budgeted to do it again this year based on his exemplary job and service.

I am so appreciative of Eddies quick response and call to action in cleaning our new condo. Previous owners had pets and the danders were causing allergic reaction. His 24 hour turn time allowed us to move in within 48 hours of ownership. Happy to say my mom is now scheduling her own appointment to do her home. Great friendly professional service.

Eddy performed separate carpet and rug cleanings for me at two houses. The first was a move-in carpet cleaning (by hot water extraction), and the other a move-out carpet and oriental rug cleaning (again by hot water extraction). He was the consummate professional both times. He arrived at the appointed hour, and took great care cleaning the floor coverings, particularly the oriental rugs, which were relatively thin and required extra care and attention. The value that he offers for his services is outstanding. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs carpet and/or rug cleaning.

Eddie and TruCleen to the rescue! I just moved into town from California and hadn't seen my rental home in person until I walked in the door... and to my horror, the house was FILTHY, especially the carpet. It hadn't even been vacuumed. Based on the level of filth, I don't think the people living there really cleaned at all. It was also obvious that they had worn shoes in the house (a truly disgusting habit), as you could literally see the the most frequently traveled routes by the dark/dirty spots in the carpet. It was truly disgusting. My stress levels massively escalated, which was pretty amazing considering that I was already extremely stressed out from moving all the way from California - it's the worst, moving into someone else's filth. At first I thought I'd have to just deal with it, but then I was informed that my movers were going to be one day late (arriving Monday morning instead of Sunday morning.) So on Sunday morning, I called various local carpet cleaning services and found Eddie. I explained my situation, and Eddie totally came to my rescue. He fit me on the same day, a mere 4 hours after I called him. He came to help me with my horrible situation rather than being at home with his family on a Sunday evening. After the cleaning, the carpet was like night and day. I seriously thought the living room carpet was a brown tone but it was actually BEIGE. The powerful vacuum/suction tools he used also dug up TACKS and STAPLES that had been stuck in the carpet that my vacuum didn't pick up. I'd already stepped on a few the previous day with my BARE FEET (I'd stopped walking on the carpet barefoot after that.) I really appreciate Eddie's attention to detail and his job too. There were a few red/green paint(?) stains that wouldn't come out and Eddie got down on his hands and even scraped those off by hand with a blade. He totally didn't even have to do that, but I really appreciate the care and pride he has in his work. Thank you so much, Eddie, for coming to my rescue. It was already horrible enough that I had to move into a filthy home, but I have SO MUCH more peace of mind knowing that the carpet is clean, at least. Eddie's dedication to his work is phenomenal and I will recommend his service first and foremost going forward for as long as I live in Kitsap County!
